ISABELL         

Isabell is an eight year old, 16.2 hand bay Thoroughbred mare.    Isabell has three very solid and lovely gaits. She has an eye-catching movement and is incredibly fancy.  Isabell has competed through Novice Level eventing, quite successfully.  Isabell has enormous scope and lots of talent, and will have no problem climbing the levels.  She will be campaigning at Training Level in the 2011 season.  As well as eventing, Isabell would also do well as a show jumper, as she has the jump and the scope to go far. Isabell did very well at the Saugerties HITS in 2010.  Isabell can be high spirited and does require an educated rider.  Isabell does best in a regular riding program.  She does not have any bad habits and is a very low maintenance horse.

XENA         

Xena is a nine year old, 16.2 hand dark bay mare with a blaze. Xena is a Belgian Warmblood / Thoroughbred Cross mare.  She has three beautiful gaits. Xena is easy to ride and simple to jump.  She is a flashy mare, and is certainly a head-turner.  Xena has been trained both in hunter-style and in jumper-style.  Xena will quietly carry herself through a course of fences.  Her lead changes still need polishing.  In addition, Xena has also fox-hunted (hill topping) and was lovely and quiet.  Xena is quiet either in a group or on her own.  This mare is a kind, easy to handle type.  She is sweet and loves to be groomed.  This is the perfect horse for a teenager or for an amateur rider.

DIAMOND PRO         

Diamond Pro (DP) is an eleven year old, 16.3 hand dark bay Throughbred gelding.  DP is quite attractive, and flashy – a dark bay with a star on his forehead.  DP is a very athletic, talented horse. DP never raced.  DP has three outstanding gaits.  He has placed EXTREMELY well in the dressage phase of his eventing career thus far, earning scores in the high 20′s.  DP is easy to ride.  It does not take much skill to get him onto the bit and to keep him there.  He has a fabulous work ethic and would happily work all day.  DP has a bold, brave jump with a lot of scope.  He is currently eventing at training level, and, if he isn’t sold, will be making his preliminary debut at the end of 2011.   DP has a lot of heart and has the talent to take him up the levels.

CUPCAKE      

       

Cupcake is a 12 year old, 12 hand, dark brown pony. She is a Welsh Cross.  Cupcake is beginner-friendly, although better for a child who already has an understanding of the walk and trot.  Cupcake is fabulous on the lead or on the lunge line.  We had Cupcake at our local pony club show this September.  She participated in the lead line class with a four-year old girl.  Cupcake was a perfect lady and never put a foot out of place, ending up in first place.  Cupcake has been giving lessons to five and nine year old girls.  They have enjoyed her very much.  Now, as winter sets in, the family does not want to ride and we do not have anyone to ride her.  We are keeping her price very low in order to find her a home so we don’t have to keep her all winter.  Cupcake would be best in a program, being ridden at least a few times a week.  She does best with other horses in the arena, and would be a perfect group lesson pony.  Like all ponies, Cupcake has her quirks.  She is a little headshy, and does not like to brushed in the face.  She is, however, perfect to bridle and handle.  She can also be difficult to catch in the paddock, so we leave her halter on at all times.  Cupcake has foaled before, at least once that we know of, and so could also be a broodmare.
